How it fits together
One appointment, three views
Online booking only saves time when everyone sees the same thing. Terminy keeps the customer, the business and the team on one calendar.
01
The customer books
She picks a service, a team member and a free time. Like a water level, the calendar shows how full each day is.
02
The business plans
The booking shows up in the WordPress dashboard right away: the week, the numbers, the status, all in one place.
03
The team knows
A notification arrives on the iPhone, and every team member sees their own appointments. No notes, no calls.
Try it yourself
Book an appointment, then see where it lands
You are the customer: pick a service and a time, and the salon’s iPhone shows what happens. Press “Book appointment” and watch for the notification.
The interactive booking demo needs JavaScript.
The demo runs entirely in your browser: nothing is saved and nobody gets an email. The real calendar is on the booking page.
For the business
The dashboard: your week at a glance
This is Terminy inside WordPress. Click an appointment, confirm it or move it, and the iPhone follows right away.
The interactive dashboard demo needs JavaScript.
- Week view with the whole team
- Key figures: appointments, pending, revenue
- Confirm, move or cancel with one click
- Pair and unpair phones under “App & devices”
The app
Terminy for iPhone: the salon in your pocket
Free on the App Store. It pairs with your WordPress site by QR code: no account, no cloud in between.
Today at a glance
The water level shows how full the day is. Below it: who is next, and with whom.
Every appointment in your pocket
Search, filter, confirm, move. Every change is on the website immediately, and the next customer only sees the times that are really free.
Walk-ins in ten seconds
Customer at the counter? Service, time, name, done. The online calendar already knows the slot is taken.
Bring in the team with a QR code
Each team member scans their own code and sees only their appointments. The owner sees everything.
Free · iOS 17 or later · in German · connects through Terminy Pro

Terminy Pro needs the free plugin. When the yearly licence ends, the app keeps working; only updates and support stop. The trial lasts 14 days and needs no payment details.
Is this a real booking?
No. The demo on this page runs only in your browser: nothing is saved and nobody gets an email. To see the real thing, book on the booking page, where the actual plugin is at work.
How much does Terminy cost?
The plugin is free and stays free. For the app connection there is Terminy Pro, a yearly licence with a 14-day trial that needs no payment details.
Do I need the app?
No. Bookings, the calendar and the emails work entirely without the app. The app is for teams who want their appointments with them.
Is there an Android app?
Right now the app is available for iPhone (iOS 17 or later, in German). The booking page itself works on any phone, of course.
Where is the data stored?
In your WordPress database, on your server. The app fetches it straight from there; there is no cloud of ours in between.
Does Terminy work with my theme?
Yes. The calendar is a block, a shortcode and an Elementor widget, and it uses the fonts of your theme. Six colour schemes come with it.
How does the app connect to my website?
Under “App & devices”, WordPress shows a QR code. The app scans it, and the iPhone is connected. Each team member gets a code of their own.
Ready for your first booking?
The plugin is free, and your calendar is online in five minutes. Add the app whenever your team is ready.
